What is the Allen Edge Love It or List It Guarantee?
When you purchase a home with the Allen Edge Real Estate Team, our commitment doesn’t end when we hand over the keys. If you decide your home isn’t the right fit within the first 12 months, we’ll help you sell it with a special reduced listing fee when you purchase your next home with Allen Edge.
How do I qualify for the Love It or List It Guarantee?
To qualify, buyers must have purchased their original home through Allen Edge, initiate the resale process within 12 months of that purchase, and purchase their replacement home through Allen Edge. Reduced listing fee and other conditions are defined in the written program agreement. Ask us about the Allen Edge Love It or List It Guarantee and how to qualify.
Does the Love It or List It Guarantee promise my home will sell?
No. The program does not guarantee a sale, sale price, or recovery of purchase costs. All brokerage fees are negotiable, and program eligibility and terms apply.
