A little bit about me...
I’ve always believed real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about people, relationships, and helping someone make one of the biggest decisions of their life with confidence.
I became a licensed Realtor® in 2012 and sold 66 homes my first year, earning International Rookie of the Year. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of families buy, sell, and invest in real estate in building The Allen Edge Real Estate Team into one of the top-producing real estate teams in Sioux Falls.
For a decade, Allen Edge has been recognized as a top team in our Industry. But while I’m incredibly proud of the numbers, awards, and accomplishments, that has never been what matters most to me.
What matters is the experience we create for the people who trust us.
That’s why I built Allen Edge differently.
Instead of trying to be everything to everyone, I surrounded myself with talented specialists in marketing, listings, transactions, client care, and sales. Our clients don’t just hire one Realtor® — they get an entire team working behind the scenes to market their home, negotiate on their behalf, solve problems, communicate proactively, and make the process as seamless as possible.
We combine proven systems, innovative marketing, deep knowledge of the Sioux Falls real estate market, and years of experience with something that can’t be automated: genuine relationships and a commitment to doing what’s right for our clients.

Outside of selling real estate, I’m passionate about leadership, personal growth, coaching, and helping other real estate professionals build businesses and lives they’re proud of. I’ve had the opportunity to coach, train, and speak to agents across the country, experiences that continue to make me a better leader, business owner, and Realtor®.
But at home, I’m simply Tara, a wife, mom, entrepreneur, lifelong learner, and someone who genuinely loves helping people move into the next chapter of their lives.
